Audumbara is a homemade Iyengar food brand based in Basaveshwaranagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. It offers food products through this website and direct ordering channels.

Audumbara aims to present product names, quantities, prices, images, and other available information accurately. Natural or batch-to-batch variations may occur in homemade food products. Customers should review the product information shown before ordering.

Product prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Unless specifically stated otherwise, product prices exclude shipping or delivery charges. The applicable shipping charge must be communicated or calculated and confirmed before an order is finally processed.

An order request may be submitted through the website or Audumbara's WhatsApp ordering system. Sending a request does not by itself guarantee acceptance, availability, or dispatch.

Orders remain subject to Audumbara's confirmation, product availability, delivery feasibility, and any required payment arrangement. Audumbara may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if it cannot reasonably be fulfilled, and will communicate with the customer where appropriate.

Payment arrangements, where applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation. Razorpay or any other online payment gateway is not currently enabled unless the website expressly states that a secure payment option has become available.

Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. The customer is responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete details, including delay, failed delivery, or additional re-shipping charges.

After delivery, the customer is responsible for handling and storing food products appropriately and for following any storage, use, or best-before information supplied on the product or packaging.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Confirmed food-product sales are generally final, while qualifying complaints for damaged, incorrect, defective, spoiled, or materially different products will be reviewed in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

Shipping charges, dispatch, estimated delivery timelines, address responsibilities, re-shipping, and transit-damage reporting are governed by the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may change because of courier or other circumstances beyond Audumbara's reasonable control.

The Audumbara name, logo, website design, written content, photographs, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Website content is provided for general product and customer information and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Audumbara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, courier delay, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Audumbara is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, public emergencies, strikes, transport or courier disruption, governmental action, network failure, or similar events.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy and the requirements of applicable law.

Audumbara may update these terms when its website, ordering process, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be published on this page and apply from publication unless stated otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
